Chile-Rubbed Shrimp With Avocado-Corn Cocktail
16 Jumbo Shrimp (1 1/2 lb) Peeled
1 tbs Chile Powder
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Ground
1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
2 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place all contents in a large zip lock bag, add shrimp and coat completely. Use a large skillet to saute or on the open grill, 3-4 minutes cook time.
